I don’t think it’s any secret that I just don’t like to exercise. I know some people out there love it. They enjoy it and it makes them feel better. Exercise programs are just not my idea of a good time. I’ve tried a little bit of everything and I may start out good but after a few days or maybe even a week, I stop.
Some of it is just time. In a busy lifestyle, busy mom, busy stay at home mom, busy homeschooling mom, there are just not enough hours in the day. I know that if I made it a priority though, I could fit it in somewhere. Maybe I just need the right program or something that is going to quickly give me results. If I saw results fast, I might be more inclined to block out some time just for me…just for exercising.
I definitely need an complete program. Something that will give me specific exercise guidelines but also health and nutrition. I am not good at just “working out.” I need to have someone telling me what to do, when to do it, how much, how often etc. Plus, tell me when to eat, what to eat, how much etc. The biggest thing I need, no matter how hard the program, is to see results and fast! A short concentrated program where I saw quick improvements would be perfect for me.
What category do you all fall into? Love exercise, hate it, would do it but don’t have time for it?
