For those of you that know or have read The Journey of Faith ~ My Daughter’s Story, you understand how important it is to keep germs at bay. Which is never an easy thing to do. There are certain things or appliances that can help though.
My most recent find is the HAAN Total HD60. Being able to use the hot steam to sanitize without chemicals is wonderful.

As with most moms or dads, I am busy. Raising and homeschooling 4 kids, running 3 blogs, keeping the house clean, kids fed etc etc etc is a lot. I love anything that can save me some time and keep my house clean and safe for the kids. This steam sweeper is amazing…you can steam and sweep at the same time!
The HAAN Total HD60 is really easy to use. Fill it up with hot water, let it heat for 20 seconds on the mat provided, add your cleaning cloth and you’re good to go. You can sweep at the same time or choose to just steam.
It also works on carpets and comes with a carpet glider attachment for high pile carpets! We’re eventually going to be ripping out all of our carpet and restoring the hard woods below. For now though, I still have to deal with spills, stains, and everything else that the kids and dogs do on the carpet. The steam sweeper, kills dust mites on the carpet and works on stains/spills too! Love it!
