Kitchen Tip: Microwave Corn on the Cob

Here is a great Kitchen tip for quick, easy, no husking corn on the cob!

All you do is cut off the stem part of the cob. Leave the husk on. Put 2 cobs on a microwaveable plate and set for 8 minutes. I did 3 for 12-13 minutes.

They will be super hot when you take them out so be careful.

Now all you need to do is hold the corn by the top and squeeze. The cob will come out free of the “corn hair” or silk. Butter, salt and you have ready to eat corn on the cob.

  3. Very smart tip. If you don;t want to be burn after taking it out from the Microwave, before heating it, steaking the hob with a stick, easier to hand.
