Well now that the Holidays are over, it’s time to get back into a routine! I’ve enjoyed the time off but not having a routine has made our lives a little crazy. My kids have been bouncing off the walls. I think a little schedule and some regular meals will do the trick! Let’s hope anyway. ;)

Monday -Spaghetti (my homemade version)

Tuesday -Beefy Taco Joes

Wednesday -Fish and French Fries (Van De Kamps is on Sale at our local grocery store)

Thursday -Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Friday -Chicken, Corn, Potato Chowder

Saturday -Left Over Buffet

Sunday -Pizza

2 C diced, peeled russet potatoes
1 C frozen whole-kernel corn
1 14 oz can creamed corn
1/2 C all purpose flour
2 C milk
2 C grated cheddar cheese
bacon pieces
2 pounds beef stew meat
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of golden mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of onion soup
1 jar (6 ounces) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 t pepper
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
6 C hot cooked noodles (wide egg) or rice
