This week we’re doing a couple of repeats from last week. I didn’t get a chance to get to the grocery store until mid week last week so I had to improvise. However, I still bought everything needed for my meal plan and can now make those recipes this week.

3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 green pepper, chopped
1-1/2 cups TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
1 can (15 oz.) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
1 tomato, chopped
2 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch)
1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
4 cups penne pasta, uncooked
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
3 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1-1/3 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
6-10 frozen meatballs (store bought)
2 can hunts diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic 12-14oz
2 can Swanson’s beef broth 12-14 oz
3-4 handfuls of medium size noodles cooked ahead
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1/4-1/2 C ketchup (to taste)
1-2 T mustard (to taste)
1 pkg Buns
1 pkg sweet potato fries
pizzas
