Wow, it’s been a long time since I’ve done meal plans….and boy do I need to get back into doing them! I just am not able to cook on the fly. I have to have a plan of what we’re eating so that I know what I need to make for dinner. This summer, cooking on the fly wasn’t as bad but now that we’re back to school, I definitely need a dinner routine again.
Here’s this week’s Meal Plan:

Monday – Creme Style Corn Hotdish
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Wednesday – Cheesy Pasta Bake
Thursday - Left Over Buffet
Friday – Meatball Soup
Saturday – YOYO (you’re on your own)
Sunday – Creamy Chicken Dumpling Soup
