Recipe: Beef and Mozzarella Bake

Here’s a recipe that’s fast and easy for a busy Monday! Most of the ingredients you might have already on hand. This one was shared for us by a good friend and neighbor of mine. She also happens to be a Slop Swap reader.

She says it tastes just like Lasagna but is much faster. Thanks for sharing, Robin!

Beef and Mozzarella Bake

1 lb ground beef
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 can Italian Tomato Soup
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 1/4 c water
1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
4 c cooked shell noodles

Brown beef, basil, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in soups, water, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Stir in cooked noodles. Put into 2 qt. baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
