Cheap Chicken Alfredo Recipe
This really isn’t a made from scratch recipe but if you’re looking for something to have for dinner tonight, this is an easy throw together dinner idea. I am usually at a loss for what to make so I just asked my son to go find something! He grabbed 2 boxes of Pasta Roni Alfredo Noodles and so I thought we might as well have Cheap Chicken Alfredo!
I usually have frozen chicken breast on hand. And if you’re local, Mega Foods has frozen chicken breast on sale right now!
I fried up the chicken in the pan while cooking the noodles. I happened to have some biscuits in the freezer…popped those in the oven as well. The only thing we were missing was a vegetable but in my family, they really didn’t miss it! You could steam some broccoli though and add it to your dish if you wanted…or have a different veggie on the side.
I don’t know what the total cost was because I already had everything on hand but I’m guessing that my family of 6 just ate for under $5! Yummy and yet Cheap Chicken Alfredo Recipe!
