Cheesy Cheddar Lasagna
This is another one of my family’s favorites that is much easier to make than regular lasagna. I got it out of Kraft’s Food and Family Magazine but just modified it a bit.
1 pkg Kraft Deluxe Mac
1 lb ground beef
1 jar 14 oz spaghetti sauce
1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small tub cottage cheese
Prepare mac according to basic directions. Brown hamburger, drain. Add sauce to hamburger. Layer ingredients in 8″ baking dish. Starting with 1/2 of the mac, 1/2 of the hamburger mixture, all of the of the cottage cheese. Repeat with remaining mac and hamburger mixture. Top with mozzarella. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until hot.
