Recipe: Chili or Chili Mac
Here is an easy and delicious Chili recipe for these cool fall days!
1 large can Tomato Juice
1 lb hamburger
1 can corn
1 8 oz box of elbow macaroni (if desired)
1 can chili beans in sauce
Optional: cheddar cheese, sour cream
Brown hamburger, drain. Cook elbow macaroni to specifications on box. In pot add Tomato Juice. Rinse out can with 1/4 can of water and add in pot. Add in hamburger, corn and chili beans. (Pour juice and all.) Add in elbow macaroni if desired and chili powder to taste. Serve with cheddar cheese and or sour cream also if desired.
