Creamed Beef on Toast
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 pkg dried beef (cut up into small pieces)
1/4-1/2 C flour
2 C milk
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and stir constantly to thicken until it’s smooth consistency. Add milk and cook/stir until it’s gravy consistancy but do not boil. Turn down to low. Add beef. Stir. Serve over toast or biscuits.
Can also use this same recipe and add peas vs beef.
