Creme Style Corn Hotdish
This was a dish that a friend brought over for us after the twins were born. I had to get the recipe from her because we loved it! I’ve been making it ever since. Serving it with ketchup is the key to this one so I hope you like ketchup!
2 cans creme style corn
4 or 5 medium size potatoes washed and sliced thin
1 lb hamburger
salt & pepper
Brown hamburger, drain. Layer half of the the hamburger on the bottom of a casserole dish followed by half of the potatoes and 1 can of creme style corn. Cover with salt and pepper then another layer of hamburger, potatoes and corn. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered. Serve with ketchup on top.
