Recipe: Crock Pot Chicken and Rice
This is an easy one to make and very inexpensive. Most of you probably have some variation of this recipe in your recipe box.
My kids aren’t always big fans of chicken but they will eat chicken legs. So that’s what I used in this recipe.
1 Cup uncooked Rice
6 Thawed Chicken Legs
1 Can Cream Chicken Soup
1 1/2 Can Water
Put rice in bottom of pan. Place chicken legs on top of rice pour over top soup and water. Cook on high for 3 hours or done.
