This is another yummy recipe from Slop Swap reader, Brenda. This will serve my family of 6 for at least 2 nights. It’s a big hit in my house!
3 lb Pork or Beef Roast
40 oz bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
1 can of Root Beer
Cook roast on low for 6-7 hours in crock pot with the can of root beer until done. Let cool. Pull it apart and put it in a storage container. Add 3/4 of the bottle of BBQ sauce, mix. Let sit overnight. Heat in a saucepan and serve on buns.
