I’ve been out of town all day and need something quick and easy to fix for dinner. This is a Campbell’s recipe that is so good! Most of the ingredients you might have on hand. I don’t put zucchini in it but actually might try it one of these days!
1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 C milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C sour cream
1 1/2 C cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 1/2 C hot cooked very thin spaghetti
MIX soup, milk, onion, cheese and sour cream. Add chicken, zucchini and spaghetti. Toss to coat. Spoon into 1 1/2-qt casserole.
BAKE at 375 F for 30 min. or until hot. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
